Where are you located?

We’re located in the sunny suburbs of South Brisbane, Queensland. We, however, are an online only store... For now. For postage check out our shipping rates down below!

What are your Australian shipping options, times & rates?

Our shipping rate within Australia is $9.95. for standard  If you just so happen to splurge a bit, don’t worry! If your order comes to over $100 and you're an Aussie local, we’ll ship it out to you completely FREE! Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Standard shipping means that your gorgeous goodies will be at your door within 7 business days of shipping. (Please allow for delays due to Covid or any other peak delivery times)

What currency are your listings?

All items within our store are always listed with their price in AUD, please ensure that you take conversion rates and charges into consideration when shopping with us.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do indeed! Located in the US of A? We got you covered? What about New Zealand? YUP! The UK even? You got it babe! 

Now because Covid and general poor shipping times from Australia, it will mean that your precious order with take anywhere up to 4 weeks to arrive from shipping date, BUT we try to always pack in a little surprise for you to make the wait well worth it!

How much is it to ship to my goodies internationally and how long will it take?

 Well that of course depends on where you're located!

~New Zealand: $20aud and expect your parcel in 6-37 Business days

~United States & Canada: $40aud and expect you parcel in 6-27 Business days

~UK & Europe: $40aud and expect your parcel in 6-27 Business days

~Asia Pacific: $35aud and expect your parcel in 6-27 Business days

~Rest of the world: $50aud and expect your parcel in 6-27 Business days

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Afterpay, Zippay and all major credit and debit cards.

Do you offer custom orders?

Got something in mind that you can’t see on our website? Or have a special item on your wish-list that you just can’t seem to find? We could just be the solution you’re looking for! We are more than happy to take custom orders and go hunting to fulfill your crystal and metaphysical fantasies. Simply fill out our contact form, let us know what you’re looking for and your budget, and we’ll let you know if it can be done!

What if I change my mind or my items arrive damaged?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email support within 30 days of the purchase date via lionsflamecrystals@gmail.com, quote your order number and let us know how we can find a resolution together.
Resolution options include:

  • Full refund (less shipping fees) upon return of item for change of mind.
  • Partial refund for items damaged in transit upon receiving photographic evidence of damage (only valid within 7 days of customer receiving parcel).
  • Sale and clearance items are not valid for return due to change of mind.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customer to cover postage of any items returned.

Now to the very important part! Your privacy! Here at Lion’s Flame Crystals, we take your privacy very seriously, none of your personal information will ever be sold to third parties or used for any purpose other than for shipping your precious purchase to your front door. Your card details are never saved to our system and they are handled with the utmost care by our friends here at Shopify.
